Aigentix Tech (“Aigentix Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Producer Assistant, a software platform designed to help insurance producers organize client and policy information, manage insurance workflows, and communicate with clients. This Privacy Policy explains how Producer Assistant collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access or use the service.

1. Information We Collect
Producer Assistant may process information entered or uploaded by authorized users, including:

• Account and contact information
• Client information
• Insurance policy information
• Policy documents and related files
• Vehicle, property, commercial insurance, and travel insurance information
• Email addresses and communication information necessary to provide requested features
• Authentication and account connection information

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they enter into Producer Assistant is collected and used in accordance with applicable laws and their professional obligations.

Information processed by Producer Assistant is used to provide and operate the service, including:

• Providing renewal and policy management functions
• Generating reports and other user-requested outputs

• Providing and improving user-facing features

We do not sell personal information.

3. Google API Services and Gmail
Producer Assistant allows users to optionally connect their Google/Gmail account. When a user connects Gmail, Producer Assistant requests the Google OAuth permission necessary to send email on the user's behalf. Producer Assistant uses the Gmail API scope:

This permission is used solely to allow the user to send emails through Producer Assistant using the Gmail account that the user has connected. Producer Assistant does not use this permission to read the user's Gmail inbox, retrieve email history, delete emails, or access unrelated Gmail content. Google authentication tokens and related connection information may be securely stored as necessary to maintain the user's authorized Gmail connection and provide the email-sending feature. Users may disconnect their Google account from Producer Assistant and may also revoke Producer Assistant's access through their Google Account settings.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy
Producer Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality requested by the user. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising. We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

5. Microsoft Outlook
Producer Assistant may also allow users to connect a Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft email account. Information obtained through Microsoft authorization is used only to provide the email functionality authorized by the user and is handled in accordance with applicable Microsoft requirements and this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Producer Assistant against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to Producer Assistant accounts and data is restricted according to account authorization and application permissions. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Producer Assistant, such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, and other technical service providers. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

8. Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate operational requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account or associated personal information by contacting Aigentix Tech. Users may revoke Google authorization independently through their Google Account settings.

9. User Choices
Users may choose whether to connect a Google or Microsoft email account. Connecting an email account is optional unless a particular email feature requires that connection. Users may revoke authorization at any time.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
